Lori Orme: Healthy Living

Lori Orme has always made a point of living an extremely healthy life whenever she possibly could. Lori Orme believes that living a healthy life is something that every human being should do in order to properly take care of themselves. Lori Orme knows that living healthy may not be the easiest thing in the world, but it is totally worth it. Lori Orme has no problem staying motivated when it comes to living healthy because she loves the feeling of living healthy and will continue to live a very healthy life for many years to come.

Lori Orme follows many tips in order to live a healthy life. Lori Orme eats foods that are high in nutritional value, as opposed to foods that are bad for the human body. Lori Orme avoids processed foods, including overly refined sugar and carbohydrates. Lori Orme recommends avoiding fast food restaurants altogether because she knows that those places typically serve extremely unhealthy foods. Lori Orme tries whenever possible to eat primarily whole, real foods and good fats because that is what is best for the human body. Lori Orme typically prepares all of her own meals, so she knows exactly what she is eating for every single meal.

Lori Orme also recommends finding an activity that you enjoy doing that requires you to be physically active whenever possible. Lori Orme is a big fan of playing soccer with her husband and six children whenever she has free time. Playing soccer is a great way to enjoy a good bit of competition while getting a great workout at the same time. Lori Orme also enjoys going hiking whenever she can get outside to a good spot, and loves hiking because it’s a great way to enjoy the outdoors and get some exercise.
